Oro's 3rd coffin+Yellow Flash's speed question:

Hello lovely Hidden Base members,

Q: who was in said coffin that Oro summoned, and was the reason why the Yellow Flash's speed ever addressed/explained ?

I suspect Kishi wanted us to believe it was the 4th, considering the 3rds reaction, IIRC...? Well, I wanted to solve this little confusion; see if it's been confirmed...

The Flash- I mean Yellow Flash does not have a Kyuubi advantage, and find it hard too believe that his comes from kuni... I mean - would that not be easy to replicate ? Unless it's a blood line limit...? Correct me if I'm wrong ...

Edit: I forgot to add: it could not be the 3rd, on the account that he was sort of sealed, right...?

The 4th Hokage was in the coffin. He couldn't be summoned because his soul could not be retrieved from the Death God's stomach, which is why the coffin went back down.

I wont try to spoil anything, But yes, on the coffin was imprint the number '4' meaning the 4th hokage.

as for your second question about the yellow flashes speed;
Later on, you find out how he is able to travel at the speed of light, by the use of summons, and reverse summons via markings. Its not actually a summon or reverse summon, but similar too it. I dont really wanna give it away because its actually an awesome story.

but I suspect that someone will ruin it.

Ftg is not an easy tech to replicate, first of all it took 3 jounin to do what minato did, secondly fuinjutsu is the most elite of skills, and thirdly, you still need insane base speed to use ftg well. Minato's reactions are superior to sharingan users, which not many can boast.

(as assumed he practiced said tech before said battle; as it is assumed Kabumoro summoned them pre-battle as a trial run ...? @Vex: No worries, lol I've kept up with le manga... Not a newbie, just curios; sorry for le confusion.

In the manga, the coffin never actually materializes like it did in the anime. The 3rd just freaked out with the obviousness of what was to come. Not even he was going to be fighting a 20 something year old with FTG. However, even he was just as surprised as us when the coffin went down:

"Not to mention that those corpses are…!! Gah… No matter what, the third person…" (「しかもこの死人は…!!くっ……三人目は何としても…」, "Shikamo kono shibito wa…!! Kuh…… Sanninme wa nan toshite mo…"), and "Somehow, the third one was held back…" (「…どうにか三人目はくい止めたが…」, "…Dō ni ka sanninme wa kui tometa ga…")

Also, what I forgot to earlier mention (which seems MOOT now lol) ...was: I did not expect Oro or Kishi to be not so understanding of the Jutsu they use before using it (which again--is now moot). :X

The technique failed because as its been said the 4th is in the death god technique.
Alot of people in their fantasy believe that sarutobi was actually scared of that coffin, but the 1st and 2nd coffin came out first and sarutobi didnt have time to cancel those out because he thought oro used the first two coffins as a guard against his shuriken technique, its after he released what oro was doing did he try to cancel the 3rd coffin because he got the chance to do that although it wouldve failed anyway.

Also fighting 2 hokages alone is no small talk, fighting 3 is out of the question. Obviously he wouldve tried to cancel out the last one
