I see no way Obito defeats Orochimaru. Orochimaru is on of the bests and he is better now as he is in the side of the good guys.

I'd Analyse both Characters but naaah, il just do it from the top of my head.

Orochimaru Summons Snake, Obito Burns the snake with one of his many Fire Jutsu.
Orochimaru goes Close range with his sword, Obito goes intangable and Captures Orochimaru and sends him to his Dimension
Alternately, Orochimaru gets hit by obito's Genjutsu, They aren't as good as Itachi's Genjutsu but its still sharingan genjutsu.
Obito Used Wood release(From his zetsu arm), Fire release and Orochimaru gets hit and hit and hit until he is Out of chakra.
Obito has both Senju and Uchiha chakra so his Stamina is HIGH, Very high.

Further more, Rinnegan&Sharingan obito beats orochimaru due to Jinchuriki paths.
Juubi Jin Rinnegan&sharingan Obito Solo Orochimaru Barely any Diff
Double sharingan Obito(2 Kamui) Solo Orochimaru due to Sharp shooting Kamui.

If I'm being honest here and stop sparing your feelings I personally think Orochimaru could potentially low diff this. He could use his snakes to force Obito to remain intangible for five minutes and then just kill him. The hardest Obito would be is mid diff. Kamui is overrated.

orochimaru is actaully good in Genjutsu. Remember his Genjutsu about showing Killer intent or so? It Solo'd Sasuke Part 1, naruto part 1.(Either of the two i believe, I don't remember) Sharingan Genjutsu is just MUCH MUCH stronger. Harder to Break out trough and I think up to now only uchihas broke trough Sharingan Genjutsu.

This is irrelevant. How long does it take a genius to figure out his attacks are passing right through? The logical move after figuring that out is to force the enemy back by attacking some more.

The Snake Rebirth Jutsu is Supposed to Take ALOT of Chakra.
Obito has supirior Stamina thus he could try to outrun it.
In my Opinion, I would say Obito wins High Diff/ Tie(Beats orochimaru but dies out of exhaustion)
