Excluding his weakness the Uchiha,Orochimaru was one of the most powerful shinobi ever to exist.

-Fought Tsunade+Jirayia in weakened state and still made a draw
-Fought(played)with 4 tail kyuubi and probably would have won
-Fought Hiruzen recklessly,underestimating him and still won the fight
-Kakashi shat his pants when he thought he had to fight him
-Created a village and made his slaves on experiments
-With Kabuto's help he fooled the sand village and almost destroyed konoha

I myself can say he could have won every 1v1 fight with most of the Akatsuki members(Except Obito),with Nagato is debatable

All this he did and could've done just in the weakened state and still recklessly fighting,and imagine him at full power

Thats not all Obito has.
Obito also has an Arsenal of Fire jutsu and Good ShurikenJutsu and Taijutsu.
Orochimaru doesn't have that much Destructive jutsu either.
