Soooo lately during watching fillers I was wondering why in the hell only Yamato survived cells transplantation as one of 60 kids Orochimaru kidnapped. How come Kabuto Madara and Sasuke are cool and dandy with that then?

Actually in canon, Yamato was never injected with Hashirama's cells, filler screwed that up. Yamato had a different procedure done to him, he had his genes rewritten.

that cells oro used to implant yamato with were "noobish". because yamato didn't even have the benefits madara and obito have ( Huge chakra pool, ehanced physical prowess, powerful lifeforce,etc) and thus only acquired a very weak wood style. the hashi dna kabuto and madara have are far more refined... so i hope that answers you question...
