Kabuto, or even Oro won't become the ultimate villain, not a chance lol. That honor belongs to Tobi alone. As long as he has EMS, Kabuto can't take over Sasuke. His best edo(90 % of his summons were disappointing pushovers) will probly be able to free himself of the tech's hold ......he might become the ultimate villain himself(hopefully you realize i'm talking about Madara).

I was thinking that, it would be epic if Itachi defeats Kabuto right before Madara destroy's everything and by Kabuto loosing Mu & Madara are defeated in the same process ( By not having Kabuto around ending the technique ) But would that mean Itachi will die if Kabuto die's as well?

The Edo Summons do not vanish when the summoner is killed. So if Itachi did manage to kill Kabuto, Edo Madara and Mu and all the other Edo's will still be alive. Itachi would have to manage to get Kabuto to make the hand sign (via genjutsu most likely) to end the technique (IWR). Thats if Itachi even knows the secret of the jutsu.

If Oro already had Hashirama's cells, why did he need to make Yamato? Was it to learn if Hashirama's powers were controllable or something? Sorry if it has already been answered.

you do seem to be on to something. Oro had a big interest in Hashirama's dna and the Uchiha bloodline. He tried to recreate the Hashi's power in Yamato and Danzo, and he was also obsessed with The Uchiha clan's eyes, but my question is how will Oro with senju+Uchiha dna be any different from Danzo? Edo Madara and Tobi already seem to embody the goal of fusing both bloodlines, but I guess that's why he plans on taking over Sasuke's body.

Orochimaru is not going to come back into the manga and play any role in it. He was a fun character to watch for a while, but he's gone now. The only role Orochimaru has left to play is a power-up for Kabuto. That's it. He was a power-up for Sasuke for a while, but Itachi got rid of him and sealed away whatever was left. Now it's just Kabuto.

Orochimaru and Kabuto together were pretty smart. They did not know, but had a guess, that the Sharingan turned into the Rinnegan at a certain level. This does explain why Orochimaru was so interested in getting Sasuke's body. I suspect the strategy looks something like this:

1) Promise to help Sasuke kill Itachi. Sasuke wants revenge so bad that he gives his body to Orochimaru for body transfer
2) Orochimaru gets Sasuke's body and kills some of his closest "friends". Gets MS.
3) Orochisasuke kills Itachi. Gets Itachi's eyes. Gets EMS
4) Orochisasuke does ???, gets Rinnegan. Gets Rinnegan power and "unlocks the secrets of ninjutsu".

At the same time, Orochimaru has a separate plan running: Trying to get wood-style release from the DNA of the first hokage. He did experiments on Yamato (and other children, and Danzo) to figure out how to integrate that power into himself.

These things that Orochimaru was trying to do were for personal gain. He wanted to be powerful. He wanted to be recognized for his power. He wanted to be stronger than Hokage, and then come back to get revenge for not being selected as the Hokage. Orochimaru wanted personal power for himself, and he wanted to get revenge on the Leaf village. That's the whole reason why he started the Hidden Sound village, or why he formed a false alliance with the Sand village: To build an army to attack the Leaf village. That's all he wanted.

Madara is a bigger villain. Madara doesn't just want personal power, he wants complete world domination. He doesn't just want revenge (he already got some measure of revenge during the Uchiha massacre, and then made a promise to Itachi not to attack the hidden leaf while Itachi was still alive).

Orochimaru wanted revenge on one village. Madara wants to conquer the whole world.

Orochimaru wanted personal power. Madara wants ultimate power.

In the end, Orochimaru was a small enemy. He basically serves as a counter-example for Naruto, and a focus for Sasuke. Orochimaru wants to be Hokage and the pursuit of power turns him evil. Naruto wants to be Hokage, and the pursuit of it turns him into a hero. Sasuke wants power, and joins Orochimaru, despite the fact that Naruto is getting just as powerful following a better path. Now that Naruto and Sasuke are reaching ultimate power and they are reaching the opposite ends of the spectrum (Naruto is the ultimate good, Sasuke is becoming the ultimate evil) Orochimaru isn't needed anymore.

i agree with the theory totally ...he already had the dna of the first in hand, explains his obssesion with sasuke's body (notice i didnt say eyes tho, as it seems Oro was the only correct one to know it takes the body to use the sharingan fully and not just having the eye)

the thing that i think we ALL miss tho is that its not only Oro who seeks this so6p power, every main villian is trying to do this in one way or another

That would be EPIC if Itachi was planning this the whole time, however he seems good and compares Naruto to shisui putting his faith in Naruto.

I doubt it'll happen, it's not like Oro expected to be killed and let's also consider the fact that he was sealed by Itachi, that means his soul has gone bye-bye, Kabuto's mutation is caused by the DNA he took from Oro, he didn't absorb him like Sasuke did, which makes me wonder how Sasuke even managed to pull that off.

That's pretty much my theory on Oro not returning.
