Why?
Obito has: Senju DNA, Uchiha Body, Sharigan and Rinnegan
Basically Obito represents everything Orochimaru's ever wanted

At the point of great stress and chakra depletion . . . Orochimaru Jumps into that body

No, Obito has no way to naturally attain Rinnegan. His Rinnegan is a transplant. Sasuke is still Orochimaru's target.

No he's not. Obito has no brothers and thus has no way to attain Rinnegan without transplant. Otherwise, Oro would have gotten any random fodder Uchiha by now but he hasn't. Sasuke is the perfect Uchiha.

It's a possibility, but when he was recently revived he said that he still wanted Sasuke's body. Bear in mind Obito only has one Sharingan and therefore cannot use Amaterasu, Susanoo or Tsukuyomi like Sasuke. He doesn't have EMS either :x
