Orochimaru's Soul is 50%(Half)

Ok, last night I read the old Naruto over again.

I can confirm that Orochimaru DIDNT have his arms sealed away. In fact the Shinigami took half of his soul (same like Kurama), dividing his power and chakra reserves by 50%. After this sealing was done his arms suffer necrosis, an condition where you are completely paralyzed and pains increases everytime. But Orochimaru dealt with this by changing a host body.

He sought to convince Tsunade to completely heal him (Perhaps give all his power back?)

The thing I was wondering is somebody had released Anko's seal while original Orochimaru is still alive, would we be dealing with 2 Orochimarus?

No .. After the fight with the 3rd hogake I didnt see Orochimaru using hand seals .. so no jutsu for him ...

Did I mention he suffered from necrosis? He used hand seals when he fought Naruto, that part when he summoned 3 Rashomon Gates.
