Orochimarus scroll possible reverse reaper death seal information ?

Could the information contained in in the scroll suigestu has possibly
have information on a reverse reaper death seal type deal going on ?
Nice to think about but if so would Suigetsu have enough information and
expertise on the situation at hand to know the extent on the usefulness it could be to sasuke in the first place ? And that goes for whatever else may be inside the scroll like the information on the rinnegan.that information needs to be brought to light somehow but should it not be from someone who we know
actually has the whole story on things to begin with ?

DUDE I HAD THE EXACT SAME THOUGHT N WAS GOING TO MAKE A THREAD. REVERSE DEATH REAPER FTW.

Why?(Possible kishi reasons)
1. Madara possibly isnt going to be sealed, and he's been B*tching for the longest about his long lost lover Harash. Reverse Death reaper will possibly be the only chance konoha has at bringing back Harash. and possibly ending the war.:shrug:

2. If Sasuke spares Kabuto, or Kabuto gets away and gets the reverse death reaper, he can bring back Orochimaru, which would be awesome. And naturally Oro is invincible, not even Sasuke could kill him. Even when fighting Itachi he told Itachi that Susanoo wouldnt even work on him---Therefore the reason he had to be sealed

3. Minato could be revived. This would allow Naruto to probably learn FTG, just incase Kurama's chakra is supressed in battle.U_U
