This thread submits that an Uchiha with an above average chakra capacity, is a perfect candidate to complete Orochimaru’s goals.Though a few, their bodies, through inheritance, possess an incredibly amount of chakra that can potentially awaken the cogent Sharingan and learn Sage Mode.

A thread suggesting that Jūgo’s mutated enzymes [which founded Orochimaru’s Juinjutsu —Sage Transformations] or wielders of the Curse Seals are compatible with Jūgo’s own untreated enzymes. The transferred flesh from Jūgo may allow the receiver to passively absorb Natural Energy, temporarily evoking psychosis or mental instability in the receiver. Jūgo:​

As you are aware, Jūgo possesses the ability known as Sage Transformation which allows him to use the natural energy he absorbs to transform his body at will. However, because of the constant absorption of natural energy he periodically rages, usually disregarding anything near. These transformation are usually depicted with Jūgo’s transformed portion blacked and scaled, whilst his sclera turning black. This power was isolated and the enzymes were altered and used to create the Curse Seals, they are capable of receiving Jūgo’s genetic material. In addition to this, when Jūgo is injured, he can consume a person’s internal structures; absorbing their chakra and flesh.​

Zetsu:​

Zetsu is a byproduct of Hashirama’s clone, as such; its genetic material is identical to Hashirama’s. Zetsu possesses a technique allows him to plant spores onto the bodies of others, these spores can be used in several ways: to monitor an individual , that once activated, grow into clones of White Zetsu; covering their bodies around the person they were planted on, either restricting their movements or shielding them from injury.

Conclusion:​

Jūgo absorbed one of the six White Zetsu clones that Obito used to monitor Sasuke with. Jūgo is now housing a body with a high volume of Hashirama’s DNA, and Sasuke possessing the final stage needed before reaching the eyes that will allow him to alter the very composition and flow of chakra: Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan.

Sasuke has showed to be compatible with Jūgo’s flesh, so the possibility of attaining final set of eyes is likely; though; unlike Madara, there is a property that can boost the realizations of eyes swifter.Either Jūgo himself can force the activation of the final stage of Sasuke’s eyes or presumably Sasuke can by using the transferred flesh of Jūgo resulting in either:​

, as it is entirely possible for Kabuto/Orochimaru to have placed a Curse Seal upon Madara while discovering about the alterations to his body. By using the properties present in the Curse Seal, in conjunction to their other experiments, Madara regained his youthful appearance and those properties swiftly spread across Madara’s body; giving him the ability to use the Rin'negan at an earlier period than when he was alive. ​

Ethnological parallels indicate a massive contribution towards Sasuke attaining a substantial chakra improvement through innate absorbing Shizen enerugī (Natural energy) that is predicated off Orochimaru’s Juinjutsu underpinning, Jūgo. Orochimaru deciphered how to utilize natural energy thanks to Jūgo's abilities and its connection to the Ryūchi Cave, but was also unable to use it correctly because of the lack of durable bodies to host such a power. Furthermore; Orochimaru’s Juinjutsu is utilized to prepare either suitable followers or potential hosts suitable to contain his essence. The functions of the Curse Seal, have incrementally build up Sasuke's chakra every time that it was used, but in order to use the Curse Mark, the recipient must already have a substantial amount of chakra. Sasuke did, and the Curse Seal added on to it every moment he used it; prolonging his already heighten chakra capacity. The assimilation of Jūgo's flesh seemingly enables Sasuke to absorb the natural energy surrounding him to further increase his chakra aptitudes, and use it to heighten the effects of his ocular abilities.​
