Orochimaru's reanimation summons vs hiruzen

What we all know is that the 1st and 2nd reanimations were of hashirama nad tobirama.
But what about the 3rd summon which was stopped by hiruzen prematurely. Who would have been in that casket?
Was it minato- should not be possible as his soul rests with the reaper.
Was it madara- would have been quite interesting if it was him.

It Was minato....the edo worked fine, but the problem with it was oro didnt know that minato had his soul sealed, so the summon failed.
