And we also know Itachi's eyes were also taken..
But when Itachi Was edo'd he had his eyess...

Izuna's case would also be similar.. And I highly doubt that Izuna might have Rinnegan..

We all know that while fighting Pain.. Jiraiya was hurt alot and had severe Injuries... So :

From the above picture we can see that alot of blood came out of Jiraiya due to injuries... May be kabuto or oro will
use that blood to get DNA sample and will use that DNA to edo Jiraiya... (i know flesh is required but...)

As Itachi get's his eyes back May be.. Kushina will also get Kurama back..
And Kushina's Hype behaviour and unllimited chakra Might help in Battling Madara..

I think Kabuto specifically stated that he was unable to get Jiraiya's DNA. In So6P's case, it'd ruin the manga, imo, even if he was somehow able to get his DNA.
