[Discussion] Orochimaru's immortal jutsu

I would like to talk about Orochimaru's immortality jutsu.

From the latest few chapters about transmigrants in this Naruto series, we know how chakra is basically immortal and the body is the only thing that decays. Chakra can host inside a body and take control over it (Kaguya taking over Madara for example with Black Zetsu (Kaguya's will)).

I believe Orochimaru found out the secret to use powers like transmigration and to take over bodies, but these jutsus already existed, as we have seen from Ashura, Indra and Kaguya. So they are not really Orochimaru's invention.

oro's justu is somewhat parasitic imo. from what we've seen anyone who holds the curse mark basically has orochimaru living in them. he came out of sasuke during the fight with itachi, and out of anko after the kabuto sage mode fight

But when oro takes someone body , the body looks (face) doesnt change .... when kaguya took maddys body , the body changed its shape ... taking the look just like kaguya ... so no . Its not the same
