Orochimaru's golden chance to shine missed?

I once had a fanart of Orochimaru ending the war by reviving Rin and Izuna, I believed this would have either made Orochimaru more likeable or known as someone that ruined the fun(the zombie apocalypse that people call the war). Me personally, I would really love to see the faces of this fandom.

Here is how that would have went:

Orochimaru: No! Stop! I Have resurrected Rin and Izuna! There is no reason to fight any more!
Madara/Obito: No, **** you. INFINITE TSUKIYOMI!

Orochimaru is just a pedo. And now i've discovered 90% of NB didn't read the manga, we should all know oro already had no interest in this war

Madara and Obito would probably be actually horrified and angered by seeing their loved ones brought back as soulless zombies.

Well, maybe not horrified, but they'd likely be angered at least, and Oro would, again, get an Uchiha foot up his ass.

Obito possibly would've stopped if he had just one conversation with Rin.

Maddlyn on the other hand… :| would've killed Oro for defacing his brother, probably would even disregard Izuna because he sees him as just a corpse. Of coarse even if he did acknowledge Izuna, Izuna likely would encourage the war seeing as how he hated the idea of joining with the Senjus even while they were visibly losing.
