Everyone will survive... The whole point of IT is to keep everyone alive in a dream so you can drain their power slowly lol wouldn't be too effective if it killed its source of power now would it?

I actually think sasuke will use his eye to reverse it. And naruto will land the final blow to madara..the ninja world will go all fan club mode that sasuke and naruto saved the world..then the conflict will arise about who the next hokage will be i think kishi having so many people saying they will be hokage is forshadowing..maybe there will be a tournament to see who becomes hokage or maybe they will do away with all kages and have one major kage that rules all nations as one...ok now that i re read this it sounds very farfetched

I have been thinking about it too. Sasuke's statement of becoming a Hokage is very suspicious. Perhaps Naruto and Sasuke will be the future Hashirama and Madara...
