what was his real goal i mean he had joined akastki was that just to see a bijuu or was that just get information on the members then made his own country like what his all i knoe he wanted to be but that it so can anyone tell me

I don't know, he wanted to become Hokage, then he wanted to crush the leaf, he also wanted to learn all kinds of jutsu so he made himself immortal, maybe he joined the Akatsuki to try and obtain Itachi as his future vessel.

He didn't really seem to have a constant goal, but I think overall his main focus was learning new things and experimenting.

When he joined the akatsuki he wasn't aware until after he had met the entire group that itachi was also apart of it, so I don't think it was because of Itachi, atleast initially
