Well considering a Healthy Kimmimaro would definitely have the body for DSM, and the direct root of Kimmi's KKG; pretty damn strong. Dragon Sage Mode Orochimaru with Kimmimaro's KKG, his various techniques, all amplified by Sage Mode. Probably above Minato and right around Nagato level.

Its just not happening, he defeated a kcm Naruto clone while he was "healthy" I guess, but I don't know if being edo get rid of his restrictions entirely or not.

Immune to genjutsu in like three different ways and Itachi wouldn't be able to use Izanami because Orochimaru accepts himself and the eye shade thing and because regular curse mark breaks him out.

But yata and toskuta would probably defeat him, probably, but if he uses kimi bone ground move susanoo is useless and Itachi can't fly so that's like death.

Its a 50/50 chance Orochimaru (in control of kimi) would win or lose.

That you dont know for sure, if kakashi is able to handle the MS Sharingan, Senju DNA Orochimaru can handle the Rinnegan. even if its just one.

If you have knowledge, Itachi's genjustu arenot that difficult to counter.
They are all visual genjustu, meaning all Orochimaru has to do to avoid being caught is close his eyes.

A DSM orochimaru could still fight with his eyes closed due to the enhanced perception nature chakra provides.

orochimaru can use oral rebirth to avoid Amaterasu.

The only threats itachi have in his entire arsenal are izanagi ( which takes prep, and might not even work)
And Totsuka Blade.

The problem with totsuka blade is the fact that the moment itachi activates susanoo,- orochimaru can create a bone forest under its feet.
