i agree, since orochimaru's chakra is flowing through kabuto's body, if he got a host body to put the chakra into and orochimarus chakra took over as its tried to do with kabuto orochimaru could very well come back.

I don't know I'm pretty sick of Orochimaru(No offence to Oro fans).
Oro's glory days as a super villain are long gone.. so i doubt we'll see him again.

Propably, I wouldn't get surprised if I saw Orochimaru again. Actually, I would laugh. Itachi propably didn't consider that Orochimaru's remains were implanted on Kabuto. If that wasn't the case, Orochimaru's chances to come back would have been 0.

Orochimaru was strong in Normal Naruto Series , before Akatsuki showed up , hes days are over.Although there is a chance he will come back , but he would be raped in 5 secs by Naruto or Sasuke now so it would be stupid to see him again.
And giving him some powers to be like uber strong would be even more stupid
