Since when orochimaru knew Tobi was using Sasuke ? if i remember well Tobi started to look after sasuke after Itachi sealed orochimaru,and the way Orochimaru says in the last chapter(page14) ..sounds like he knew Tobi very well

Oro was in Sasuke's curse mark before it was removed by Itachi, so he would've seen everything Sasuke had up to that point. Also, Anko had intelligence about some of Sasuke's various actions.

Oro was within Kabuto as well, so he knows a good deal about Tobi's actions lately. always in the know.
