Orochimaru wont become a tree

He assumes that zetsus were used for lots of the Edo's that Kabuto summoned.
They could have been captured ninja or from the Oro prisons as well though.
The manga does not say that they have been Zetsus.

Anyway, Oro is such a boss, he will be aware of the risks (like becomming a tree).
No worries for Oro imo.

Kabuto didnt use any zetsus as sacrafices for his edo army.

none of the kabuto's edos where zetsu. And oro is not an edo . So he will become a tree (if he fights naruto)

Maybe you should post the link. There was an army of zetsus that fought in the war, but I have not read anything about zetsus being used for the 20 or so Edo.
If you have (my memory might be failing on me), than please post the link.
