he don't know what tsunade is capable of

tsunade used a lot of her chakra to heal the kages vs madara, so she never got the real chance to use it, if she has it

and with pain, she used all of her chakra to save the people in the village

we never seen tsunade fight without hav to use all of her chakra on saving people...just saying

Hashirama used his more than halfway through his fight with Madara, i'm sure he was getting tired.

you clearly didn't get the purpose of the first paragraph then. How is tsunade gonna use slug sage mode if she constantly draining her chakra to save the kages?? She already spammed the seal on her forehead. You expect her to throw sage mode in too on top of that???

Ok, let me make myself clearer, he's hashirama, we all know what he can do. Danzo, obito, madara, and zetsu all have his dna and it has massive benefits on their abilities. Tsunade is senju but that doesn't mean she can do everything her clan can do. Look at kushina, she can't do the same stuff as naruto and nagato but she from the same clan.

Oro has sage mode already. Simple proof is that he used his senjutsu chakra in his cursed seals. He couldn't use it himself due to not-good-enough bodies, but he has it.
