I know it's hard, but read, Armathyx. The power Madara holds now is thanks to Oro or Kabuto. His body has been heavily modified, so he could have a cursed seal, as well as chakra dampeners since Oro was a sealmaster. Sasuke was alive and well, Madara was in a dormant state and could be modified to their liking.
Madara touching his neck is purely coincidental. Alot of fighters in anime's touch their necks when their about to go all out. That part of your theory is wrong. Also, when Kabuto refers to himself as HIS assistant then that could mean either Orochimaru or Tobi since he is, technically, both their assistants. Though it is possible that for Oro to be involved I don't think they gave Madara a curse seal and why would you? The guy is a beast and his name strikes fear into the hearts of people. His strength is immense and I truly doubt that Kabuto did anything to enhance Madara's body otherwise he would've said something because we've seen that he gives credit where credit is due. Also, in one of the pictures posted it said that since he lost to Itachi's eyes he wanted an Uchiha body. Why wouldn't he take over Madara's body when Madara is the ultimate Uchiha.

Where do I start. May i first say ive underestimated oro from the beginning and i apologise to his fanbase. What i have to say might get them of their seat and perhaps even start daydreaming xd. Anyway after reading the latest chapter i believe;

Anyway Back on topic as i said oro still lives. The similarities between Orochimaru and Voldermolt is not just the snake affiliation or the fact that both are refereed to as 'Lord'. In Voldermort case the horcrux in Orochimaru's case the Curse seal. Im not here to discuss Harry potter but basically Voldermort split his soul and sealed them in different items. In oro's case he did something similar with the curse seal, but his is a step further. Oro's curse seal as description by the DB;

As long as you have the curse seal orochimaru's chakra runs in you and with this chakra will eventually take over you;

So orochimaru lives in everybody who has his chakra in them. The question is who else has orochimaru's chakra in them. Well there is Anko as ive showed you, but also kabuto;

Kabuto doesnt have the curse mark, but because he implanted some of oro in him oro's chakra also resides in himself and as kabuto said its trying to take over kabuto, the same thing that is happens to people with the curse seal. So it seems that as long as orochimaru's chakra resides in somebody there will always be hope of a return, he will never die until the people left with his chakra are erased, it seems there was always more ways than the Fushi Tensei (Living corpse reincarnation) for oro to take over a victims body.
Now for the theory that will get oro's fanbase of their seat. As we know oro has a thing for the uchiha and their powers. We saw that from the very beginning with itachi. Then he returned during the chunnin exams for sasuke and later tried to take over his body for sasuke to reverse it and absorb him. Basically orochimaru has wanted the power of uchiha for a very long time and has failed with itachi and sasuke who has had the curse mark taken away from him. Whilst orochimaru mightve failed to get these 2 uchiha's, he will get an uchiha. the question is who?. The answer is Uchiha madara. Yes i believe there will be a plot twist. I believe orochimaru will finally be awarded with the final villain. Will be awarded with his long dream of becoming an uchiha, orochimaru will take over madara's body because i believe orochimaru's chakra runs through madara currently.
First of all witht he latest chapter, im sure we saw the manga intentionally show us anko's curse seal and on that same page madara grabbed his neck. That location is usually where the curse seal is;

I believe there is more to kabuto's enhancements that meets the eye. I believe he has added orochimasharu's chakra some way to madara and this is why;

So either madara's enhancements also has the cm2 nd thats why he grabbed his neck or as kabuto said he needs the cm2 because orochimaru's chakra resides in that and was using that power to bind his edo tensei's. Either war i believe orochimaru's chakra has been connected to madara's and it will not be long before he tries to take over the greatest uchiha and accomplish his plans. Funny enough this also links in very well with his philisophy. As we know the whole point of oro's existence is to learn the 'truth' of the world;
The whole reason for his research is to accomplish a technique that will make him go from one body to another because as we know we age, we die. Kabuto/Oro modified Madara's body, which again, without Madara being awake, they would have the time to prepare with sealing techniques, a curse mark, or any other pre-cautious method.

Madara doesn't have the CSM. He looked inside his shirt and saw Hashirama's face and then said you certainly prepared well. There is, was and never will be a point to give Madara a CSM because his power far exceeds that of 10 CSM users that are in CSM2. Kabuto most likely modified Madara's body but he probably only put Hashi's cells inside him since we know Madara died and unlocked the Rinnegan and had Hashi's cells but he probably was unable to use everything. So he devised a plan along with Tobi and someone else and I truly doubt that the Eye Moon's Plan is the true plan. It's most likely complete subjugation of the world but that's just my idea.

Because maybe, Madara is already being controlled by oro. There was only a few people who knew the seals to this forbidden justu and I don't recall madara knowing it.

You mentioned some good points but i don't think that he will take Madaras body. Firstly, Madaras picture where he grabs his neck just shows a relaxed Madara who is just standing around and think about his further plans, the last picture didn't have further purpose than showing the three main villains now such as Sasuke, Tobi and Madara. If Kishimoto would like to make us realizing that Madara possesses the curse mark as well, he would show it more clearly to us, for example during a chapter where Madara clearly refers to something. If it would look like with Hashiramas face on his chest when he was really looking under his pullover, there would be a reason for claming that there is something else, but this certainly can't be seen on a picture which had primarily another purpose.
Further I hear for the first time that Orochimaru can take someones body through the curse mark; in this case his Body change would be done far easier when he would intent to do this. The Oto Quintett had the curse mark such as Sasuke. Since I remember Orochimaru intended to take Kimimaros body, too.
Not without reason Orochimaru is taking someones body through the body change, with the curse mark as an alternative his body change wouldn't be as half as difficult than with his actual technique.

Damn, this is ****ing retarded. Look, Madara is of greater relevance to the story than Orochimaru. You seriously think Kishi is going to just drop Madara? Plus, I can name 15 to 20 people who could whip the shit out of Orochimaru in a fight.

Orochimaru took FULL control of Sasuke to the point where he transformed. Of course he was going to keep Sasuke's chakra suppressed. Itachi then sealed Orochimaru when he had already taken over Sasuke. The fact Itachi faced Sasuke to seal Orochimaru means that Itachi knew that eventually Oro was gonna take over Sasuke. Don't ignore logic.
Silver. A lot of people can beat Orochimaru and make him retreat, but zero people have been able to actually kill him. Tobi, Sasuke, and Itachi all sought to put an end to him and they all failed. Ingenuity beats brawn, and Orochimaru has had the ingenuity to keep coming back.
