the rds is known to have a risk that being death to the user. However, nothing was said to be able to negate it in any way so if we take that into consideration, there must be a weakness. It is entirely possible that the scroll oro has can negate the effects, which i guess kishi could tie in with the reasoning being that once oro saw this seal he wanted to learn more about it. By doing this he figured out how to negate it or w/e.
