This man has pieces of himself in everybody. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a part of him in even Yamato. I mean he's probably put part of himself in people subtly, not just through science. I wouldn't be surprised if he never goes away.

My question is this: Even though he doesn't have any world-destroying moves, does this make him more or less dangerous than people like Madara and Obito?

Once you kill Madara or seal him though he's done for, but not Orochimaru. He can do damage after Sasuke, and Naruto have long passed. Then who's gonna stop him?

Not technically, he came back out of Sasuke once his chakra depleted. So there's the possibly he could come out of anyone he's placed a seal on once they're close to death and they have very little chakra left.

Orochimaru is already more dangerous than Madara.

And he is "semi-immortal" - he can come back, but he either needs someone to use the Evil Releasing Method on a CM bearer or a CM bearer to run very low on chakra, like Sasuke did.

This is all assuming he gets killed in the first place.
