I have a problem with that though. Oro has had 2 goals throughout this whole series:
1.)Mainly learn every jutsu, basically becoming a SO6P
2.)Obtain a young Uchiha to help him learn every jutsu

This is exactly what I'm referring to. Would Kishi just stop here? I know they're both going somewhere now with the scroll... but afterwards, I highly doubt Oro is just going to skip away without any other reason to stay in the manga. He's been in it since the beginning, we thought he was gone, but now that he's back, we can't deny his presence in the manga anymore like he's some insect.

It's what a lot of you people seem to be doing. Just because Madara and Obito are around, you really don't think the Voldermort of the Naruto series is going to do something special? I'm willing to bet he's going to partake in something major, whether good or bad (hopefully bad).

You have to remember, Oro was very weak and forced to try to mind transfer into Sasuke's body because he was confronted by Sasuke. And why wouldn't he be able to use a jutsu? You can't just forget something you have used multiple times, specially a jutsu as important as that one.

He can only use it once every 3 years, and him being weak doesn't help in the fact that he caught him in genjutsu and reversed it on him.

That's true, but Oro was resurrected, or reborn if you will. It's possible he can use it again because of this, no guarantee though. I agree with you though, i don't see any reason why Sasuke can't reverse it on him again. Yeah, Oro was weak at the time but we really don't know if that even effects his mind transfer jutsu.
