Orochimaru was Kage level even when he was fighting against KM4 Naruto - with no usable arms and within a body of some fodder that was rejecting him on top of that. Its obvious that hes much stronger now than he was at that time, therefore its also obvious that hes waaay above Jounin level.
if you read my above arguments, you would have realised, i have literally proved genin naruto's body stronger than zetsu.
