Orochimaru is a fukkin beast he always has something amazing up his sleave bro but i want to know why he needed that mask of the uzamaki clan i almost wonder if u need to be part uzamaki or something to use reaper death seal or have signed a uzamaki scroll to use it or somthign like that cuz minato could of learned somthing like that from narutos mom

Correct I believe so as well. But I believe that Senju can unlock Rinnegan with help from Uchicha DNA.

The only bodies that can use the sharingan & rinnegan naturally is the uchihas on top of that uchiha bodies are containers of haxed chakra
Also so far hashirama dna is shown to work perfectly with uchiha bodies

Manga fact obito gedo mazo is superior to negato's who became shriveled up despite being related to the senju & having madara's eyes
The uchihas amazing chakra may also be why oro also wants it even more
