I'm curious, How exactly is Orochimaru killing tsunade without Edo's/8 Branches. Unless i'm missing something here.

Without Edo's or 8 branches he cannot win. Tsunade tops him and adding Sakura = two pretty muuch the same ninja rushing him together will wear his body out eventually.

Tbh Tsunade could handle him on her own.
