What do Mean Asuma isn't a factor He could be Used as a Diversion or Decoy he could take on Eight Branches(No Kidding).
His Taijutsu prowess and Speed is extremely underated.He wouldn't allow Oro to use ET.

What the heck is Asuma doing here? He's pretty much useless against Orochimaru.

Tsunade would never allow Orochimaru to use edo tensei, as she has intel on it. Tsunade is easily fast enough to close this distance very fast if Orochimaru decides to attempt edo tensei right off the bat. That's when he'd die, given Tsunade's greatly superior taijutsu and strength. I'd say Tsunade still need Katsuyu to take Orochimaru down ultimately, or she can just make him run out of chakra by coming at him constantly. Oral rebirth costs a lot of chakra so if he's spamming it he'll just die.

This CAN go either way but I'm giving it to Tsunade high diff.
