Sasuke takes this with mid difficulty at best. Susanoo arrow quickly followed up by Amaterasu to incinerate him completely (Meaning no Oral Rebirth) let him take this even if Weak Edo Tobirama and Hashirama are on the field, as they won't be able to block either attack for Oro.
Even if he doesn't do this, nothing that the weak Edos have can even phase him within Susanoo, Oro still can't evade Amaterasu or Susanoo arrows, not when Kakashi and Danzo failed to so as well (So that means no Rashomon to block it and the Edos can't do anything either as they don't have the physical capability to react with any jutsu that require handsigns), if he dares to summon Manda, Sasuke can just control it via Sharingan again, or put an arrow through its face.

I don't understand the battle very well. A MS user against Madara, Orochimaru, and two weak; But still have high level technique Edo's?

Its Orochimaru w/Part 1 Edos vs MS Sasuke. You probably misread the Manda as Madara.
