Orochimaru vs Sasuke...?

Orochimaru of course. Sasuke even admittet later on that Orochimaru was weakened and there wasn't more to it. If Orochimaru was healthy he would've definitely defeated Sasuke. Considering that this is Sasuke without Mangekyou.
