Scenario would be at the bridge where Kabuto lead Team 7. Instead it would actually be Sasori, Kabuto would be struck off the bridge with Hiruko's Tail, and Orochimaru would smile coming out of the tree-line. Distance is a good 100-200m.
- For clarification, being betrayed by Kabuto, Sasori would intend to kill Orochimaru.
- Orochimaru would know about the Third Kazekage, but as far as other Human Puppets or hidden weapons, he wouldn't know much, which includes he doesn't know about Sasori's core.
- Sasori wouldn't know about Orochimaru's wielding of a Sword of Kusanagi, nor his ability to regenerate via his Body-Replacement Technique, (acknowledge it does take a fourth of his chakra).
Sasori would know only what Kabuto's told him, which during the first part of his genjutsu, Sasori would only learn of Orochimaru's ability to be immortal through changing bodies.
For both Orochimaru and Sasori, we must assume they know the vast amount of jutsu that the anime implies. Orochimaru would know basically all five elements, and Sasori would be able to perform all five elements via the ninja he's collected for Human Puppets (Note that all ninja captured by Sasori for Human Puppetry are of Jounin-level.)
