IMO since Orochimaru can shed his skin he doesn't need an antidote to counter Sasori's poison.

Ok what if we're talking about the Oro that faced off against Naruto but with healed arms?

If Orochimaru has no blood, he can't perform Kuchiyose. If he does have, he will be more vulnerable and die easier.

Even if he is immune, cutting his head off means he can't shed skin since he always comes out from his mouth. Only Sasuke has managed to come out of stomach, but he's Sasuke. Orochimaru would die either way.​

Orochimaru doesn't have blood or veins for poison to even have any effect. Sasori's senbon aren't even getting past Oro's initial skin layer, which was enough to defend him from Kyuubi-Naruto's claw strike. Any form of constriction is useless since Orochimaru can use Soft Physique.

Sasori has literally nothing on Orochimaru.

If Sasuke is immune (or at least resistant) to Sakura's poison, then i'm positive Oro won't be affected by Sasori's main strenght.
He wins, but it won't be an easy fight even with that natural counter.

He can spit out a snake, cut it in half, and use it. It doesn't have to be your blood to perform a summoning. Orochimaru can do everything Sasuke could do with his techniques, Itachi even stated, "that's a jutsu straight out of Orochimaru's arsenal" he can do every single variation, Sasuke must've gotten it from somewhere. Plus, i've touched on the decapitation subject before.

Remember in the Sannin showdown? When Kabuto wanted to summon Manda, so he used the blood from his wound and slid it on Orochimaru's summoning tattoo.

there's an important factor in this fight, whether sasori's poison would even affect oro. Oro's true form's blood is entirely made up of poison. There's also the fact of whether the poison would affect oro by touching his 'exo body' instead of instead of his true form.

It can go either way..but Oro most likely
