I don't really know what to say other than "The panels you posted show wiping blood up your arm much faster than saying multiple sentences and 1 entire chapter before making iron sand & summoning sandaime." because that's true and you're outright ignoring the panels. He's not faster Sasori speed is 4.5 in the data

poisons and virus are usual thrown in small amounts that spread and multiplies even if you give an elephant the same amount as a human it still gets poisoned probably takes longer to take effect but it still happens.

I really didnt want to get in this vs. match again, but this two are very much even. However, Orochi has certain tools that give him advantage as the only major issue Sasori has would Iron Sand.
