1 right off the Bat contrary to popular belief Oro nor sasuke are immune to all poisons .. thats a myth that was never said in the manga....Kakashi said "The type of poison you learnt from shizune will not work on sasuke, oro would have made sure of it"

The type... meaning most likely konoha bound poison or basic poisons... No snake is immune to all poisons...


Oro's best bet in this fight is edo tensei , But their movements are too sluggish and un perfected... hiruzen was able to tag them both with Exploding paper...

We know fully well poison works on edo's

Hashiramas Op Genjutsu will be useless against sasori, seeing that genjtusu controls nerves in the brain...sasori is a puppet and has none, only a heart.....Genjutsu can't work on a puppet...

Tobiramas water jutsu would be blocked by iron sand walls etc.... like ones he made in the fight... , hashirama wood can bet cut by iron sand spikes (ive linked a pic somewhere in this post of its destructive power)

Now if we're Talking hypothetical here, iron sand is of the same mechanis of gaaras sand, thus sasori should be able to do this

To sum it up, I don't think Orochimaru could get poisoned by Sasori. He would have made sure to be immune to him, as it was his plan to betray members of the akatsuki in the end. He was also Sasori's partner, so it's probable that he had the ample amount of poison to base his studies on. This panel supports it a bit.

1. Nagato knew not of oro's new techs after he left akatsuki. ex: rebirth and regen and such.

2. Sasori only said that because, of course, he THOUGHT he knew all of oro's techs. which is understandable because oro may have been easy kill for him back then

3. did you see how long it took sakura and chiyo to even get scratched or hit by the poison? i'm almost positive orochimaru has enough speed and evasive techniques to last longer than they did.

4. i am excluding edo tensei from this fight ;P

5. seeing as though sasori didn't use his iron sand like gaara uses his sand, i can assess that he uses it differently, and not as such "a giant wave" or whatnot. but rather, he tends to shape them first, then use the sand to attack. that being said, i think i recall oro being capable of tremendous strength as well, when he simply kicked down a large tree, while he was frustrated and in pain when his arms were sealed. and i don't believe we've seen the full extent of oro's physical strength as well. seeing as though tsunade and jiraiya had physical strength feats, i believe it's safe to assume that orochimaru does as well. not nearly enough as sakura, but he still has physical strength at his disposal. enough to crush hiroku (or whatever that puppet is). and again, his speed and evasive skills are incredible, enough to dodge the iron sand. even by using an extended sword of kusanagi would be sufficient defense and act as offense as well. thus being able to eventually do away with the kazekage puppet. also oro has "leech all creation" would be enough to effectively dodge and counterattack from virtually any direction.

6. Orochimaru could easily do away with sasori's 100 puppets. multiple summonings and even manda could do away with them. although their blades are indeed poisoned, it still takes a matter of minutes before the poison sets in. yet more than enough time to handle 100 puppets. also, formation of 10000 snakes would be an ample enough wall to block and take down the 100 puppets

7. if it just came down to sasori vs oro in sasori's real body, oro could easily get close to sasori and use the twin snake sacrifice jutsu with a clone. i say this because sasori has not shown any evasive skills enough to out-maneuver orochimaru

and indeed, i need not mention his hydra technique or his edo tensei. because i doubt he will need them. that being said, orochimaru would win ;p
