Well, Orochimaru is at Kage level too, he can recover and change his whole body just like how the snake changes it's skin to a new one without a hitch, A is also very powerful and fast, but I'd say Oro wins barely..

Ororchimaru was ill and not at full power during that battle but even in a weakened state he was even to the 4 tails Orochimaru is more cleaver then A is and would easily outsmart him and lead him into a trap

Yeah Taijutsu alone wont work on Orochimaru he's much like Nuraku in Inuyasha.
I think Raikage might win though I just recalled Oro got neaten by Tsunade on the 1st Part.
