Why bother posting such a lubricious combination of ninjas if anything id could say and make the case that the the 4 former kages would find a way to resist orochimaru's jutsu and help nagato fight orochimaru
as shown in recent chapters The 2nd is attempting to resist and apparently the 1st has already broken control of the jutsu the 4th im going to go out on a limb here and say his the smartest of the 4 former kage would most probably attempt to find a way to break out of it and the 2nd being its creator would most certainly now of some how breaking the edo
also whats to say Nagato/ Pain doesnt summon the Gedo mazo and yous the spirit dragon justu which sucks the souls out of humans ,
or even summon it and use it to assist in his battle
as i recall in the Gedo Mazo he does have 7 tailed beats captured
also pain has the ability to suck the souls out just by touch,
And if/ when the six paths of pain jutsu is broken it was said that Nagato has grater control/ more power when his not using and channeling powers through the paths
With 1 single shinra tensai he obliterated the hidden leaf village which in turn was channeled through deva path
The destruction and power he has and can cause without using the paths is unimaginable
