What manga are you reading? Mu was long dead before Orochimaru was even born. Orochimaru killed Hiruzen and Gaara's father in part 1.

What manga are you reading? Mu was long dead before Orochimaru was even born. Orochimaru killed Hiruzen in part 1.

Orochimaru caused his death, so technically he did kill him. Hiruzen would've never used the reaper death seal had Orochimaru not forced him to.

Hiruzen said himself there's no other choice and I have to use that jutsu. That pretty much sounds like Orochimaru pushed Hiruzen into a corner forcing him to use the reaper death seal.

Orochimaru. Due to his knowledge, it can be assumed that he knows about Jinton. Not to mention that it can be dodged. His snakes will most likely detect Muu while he's invisible, and using Jinton will inevitably make him visible. It's not a clear battle, though. Considering that Edo Tensei is restricted.
