Orochimaru is a very bad match for Kisame. The sword of kusanagi will hurt the sentient samehada, then there are orochimaru's poisons and his paralyzing venom. Both of them are durable as hell, but Orochimaru has the better tools in this fight imo.

remember how kisame healed from having his chest blown out? its better because oro spamming it doesnt mean he can always maintain it. kisame on the other hand never tires. kisame would have done better vs 4 tails but i guess that doesnt mean he can take oro.
theres still the kusagani which is strong enough to push kyuubi 4 tailed into a mountain and has impressive range. theres formation of ten thousand snakes which will match kisames thousand sharks any day. while that is happening, oro will move behind him with manda. manda comes up from underground to restrain kisame. then oro bites him, with curse seal. kisame is cripled from the pain. oro finishes this at his leisure.

nope. he'll leave kisame to live and come back in 3 years to take his body xd
