Eh i think people are underestimating kimi yes he obviously loses.. but If this is 4 tails fight oro ..what does he have to pierce bone shield .. kusanagi ? Maybe but orochimaru does not really use it with speed enough to hit kimi on the first try ... Kimi showed some amazing evasiveness in his fight ( he too was sick if i may add) .. And the thousand snakes could be countered with Braken dance ...But yes Oro takes this .. at least mid diff

1 - you need to explain what a "healthy Kimimaro" is because i never saw one in the manga.
2 - Oro was supposed to be his boss... that automatically puts him above Kimi.
