This is healthy Orochimaru with his arms vs. the eight tails jinchuuriki. The location is at Unraikyo. The distance is about the same as when Sasuke fought Killerbee. Orochimaru can't use Edo Tensei and Killerbee can't use the eight tails, but keep in mind he can still use the cloak.
