I agree that Kakashi would lose, but he said Kakuzu, and that ones not as easy. I assume we're talking about before oro lost the use of his arms, and he's a clever guy. That said, Kakuzu has a lot of time to figure out oro's vulnerabilities and techniques seeing as how he has 5 hearts, and can keep him at bay with his elemental techniques. It's a tough fight, but i think oro is smarter and would find a way to trap or seal Kakuzu using his immense knowledge of jutsus. I vote ORO
