1. Yamato couldn't even move his hand by like 10cm in time Orochimaru blitzed there. That also proves Oro's reaction time. He had to spot Yamato planning to strike with kunai and react to it. Mind you, that Orochimaru wasn't anywhere close to them in that time. He was hiding in the woods.

2. Slithering snake mode - not much to say about. Pure agility and speed boost.

3. Orochimaru's Shunshin - seriously, fast stuff. Not to mention it was used in some halls with windings, not an open area. Moreover, it made Naruto, Sakura and Yamato look like idiots. They didn't even know what happened and just 'Phewed'...

Since oro uses a slithering motion to increase his speed which relies solely on the ground...Kakuzu could simply leave his hands in the ground along with a heart and some tendrils, which would easily be able to catch Oro off guard and restrain him...No catching him needed,

What a closed minded answer. You say it as if orochimaru has ever been caught in slithering mode and besides he has shown he is capable to evade attacks as shown in 4 tails fight. What is his hearts actually going to do to orochimaru? they cant destroy him and orochimaru has the necessary firepower to destroy them. Plus you forget orochimaru has his arms, he was able to get that far without them. What kakazus counter for snake summon?

He couldn't simply leave hands underground since he'd get blitzed by Oro's Shunshin. Getting stabbed with multiple Kusanagi at once is definitely gonna take out more than 1 heart.

Moreover, now that Orochimaru has Zetsu body, not only did he gain sensory skills, but also can use Kusanagi+spores combo to deal with the Domu, Kakuzu might come up with.

Avoiding his elemental attacks isn't a problem. Kakashi easily managed to react to Raiton and counter it with another jutsu - Orochimaru merges with a tree or the ground, uses Hiding like a mole to avoid and execute a sneak attack or simply dodges it with speed. Katon and Fuuton can be dealt with the same ways.

Again, you say Kakuzu could restraint Oro with tendrils. Seriously? It's been proven in manga that Oro's Replacement Technique can be used not only from the mouth, but from any body part (see Sasuke escaping through his chest, Kabuto coming out of a snake). Moreover, Orochimaru's Soft Physique totally screws any form of restraining.

As seen in the scans I've already posted in this thread and 650 chapter, Oro has some amazing reaction time and speed feats. He stopped a branch of the God Tree with his snakes even though it was about to point-blank blitz Hiruzen.

What's more, you need to notice that I haven't even brought up any summonning feats yet, nor his True Form or 8Branches, which Kakuzu clearly doesn't have any counters to. Orochimaru takes this low to mid diff, only because Kakuzu is kinda hard to take down as well.

Oro's pretty creative and we haven't seen all of his techs, he was taking on a 4 tails naruto and toying around, whilst considerably injured and rendered useless, he takes this

All you need to know is the spores don't do shit, as you can tell once their active and Kakuzu can then fire a Katon at himself which would eradicate them....While he remains un-harmed thanks to Domu...
