It would be a close fight. I dont see ether of them winning easily. They both are almost Immortal.
-I feel Like Kakuzu has more battle exp since hes been around since the first ninja war. He has all ninjutsu affinities and he uses them quite well hes a power house, who knows his way around the battle field.

-Oro isnt weak, hes far from it. He has a ton of jutsu, hes a genius named one of the sanin.

I say its a tie. But if I was to be bias I would vote Kakuzu near death since I like him more

I'm going with Orochi here..Kakuzu could have been hit by the FRS the 1st time but he was so dumb focusing on naruto's jutsus he still got caught with it instead of obliterating Naruto..Orochimaru is capable of destroying his 5 hearts and dealing with his jutsus..While Kakuzu can't deal with Orochimaru and his shedding
