Orochimaru vs Kabuto

I'd also go with Kabuto. We know that Kabuto has access to all Orochimaru's jutsu, but on a higher level because of the Sage Mode and the augmentations he's made. They likely have a similar style of fighting, so Orochimaru's trickery won't help him here.
One thing we can't ignore is that Kabuto is immune to physical wounds because he was three sources of regeneration {his own; Karin's; and Orochimaru's}. Orochimaru doesn't have that same luxury~ Sasuke adequately recovered with Orochimaru's power after battle.

Aside from that we can't really judge fully as we haven't seen all Orochimaru's jutsu... which in turn automatically means we haven't seen all of Kabuto's jutsu.

I'd go with Orochimaru, he's already shown how strong he is when he was handicapped, so him with his hands back can only mean havoc

kabuto is orochimaru + kabuto + sound 5 + taka. how does oro win?

Kabuto has better defenses at first but is ultimately much more killable

how? he not only has the body rebirth but also karins regeneration. kabutos cell division regen was why he was so high ranked in oro's army

Sasuke and Itachi never got owned sorry. They wasn't using full potentail.

no he didnt. he absorbed only his own chakra. and besides his body isnt suitable for handling it. and just knowing how kabuto got it isnt enough
