Orochimaru vs Kabuto

I personally would go with Kabuto. He has sage mode, which Orochimaru never achieved. He has techniques from several different clans. I also think he more analytical than Orochimaru and would probably come up with a better strategy. But Oro does have a knack for surviving....

EDO Itachi and sasuke couldn't handle kabuto, So... Kabuto > Orochimaru.

Are you giving Kabuto Sage Mode WITH all the powers/chakra he had from absorbing Orochimaru or without it?
With everything: Kabuto
Without it: Oro high diff. Kabuto would certainly be faster than Oro, despite Oro's battle experience, durability and crazy chakra reserves. Kabuto also is VERY smart. I've never seen Oro rely on his wits in a fight, just his power and knowledge of jutsu. It would be a great fight indeed.

EDIT: Someone mentioned that Oro now has Sage Mode thanks to absorbing stuff from Kabuto. What are the rules here. Is this Oro CURRENTLY, or just old Oro with his hands back?

Kabuto has better defenses at first but is ultimately much more killable. Kabuto has better anti-Sharingan tech but that doesn't matter here. I say Kabuto gets absorbed by Orochimaru's true form.
