I never get when people die, why people say we "haven't seen the full power of him".

He died. Do we honestly think that Kishimoto let him die off without showing him at least ONCE in his best?

He defeated Hiruzen without sickness.

Kabuto wins, he became a Sage, and has the same abilities as Orochimaru. On top of that, he has knowledge. Orochimaru has less on Kabuto now than Kabuto does on him.
