Oro wins s2 for sure due to Hashirama's presence. Kabuto likely wins S1. Nagato, Itachi, the Kage and Kabuto himself are too much for only Oro and the Hokage minus Hashi to beat.

So we have Orochimaru, who is after all a former Konoha ninja, with 3 Hokage, facing Kabuto, several S-rank criminals, Nagato who threatened the whole world with Tailed Beast weapon and Asuma+Dan, whose sould would be freed after Kabuto is killed.

You really believe Hashirama wouldn't take Oro's side here and fight with him?
