Well he should have high chakra reserves because his regeneration technique requires a lot of chakra. Even in his sick state, he was able to use it like 5 times ( against the 4 tailed Kyuubi ).

speedblitz. formation of ten thousand snakes > giant bugs. manda would eat ino and shikamaru. taijutsu and kenjutsu does nothing to oro. his blood can turn to poison. he is basically immortal. 5 element seal gets rid of sakura's strength.
