Orochimaru vs Jiraiya

Conditions: Oro does not have his Zetsu body

Scenario 1: No summons, SM or ET.
Scenario 2: Jiraiya starts in SM, Orochichimaru gets Part I Edos. Summons allowed for both sides.

Jiraiya will be winning the second match up. Mid difficulty, that much shouldn't even be up for debate.

The first one can be won, but I feel as if both combatants are equals here. Orochimaru, if capable of landing the Five pronged seal on Jiraiya then the match is practically his. Jiraiya might not have the chakra control afterwards to be able to reverse or break the seal. And, with it on his chakra control will be hindered.

I don't find it unreasonable to see such an outcome happening either.

Scenario 1: Oro wins. He could allow himself to be harmed by Jiraiya's hair jutsus in his true form in order to paralyse and finish him off with Kusanagi. That or the Eight Branches Jutsu would overwhelm Jiraiya.

Scenario 2: I think think it can go either way. It depends on whether Oro fights seriously from the beggining or not. If he does he has high chances of winning.
