Okay I am sorta tired of everyone saying "Itachi is the solo king" etc. The ONLY reason people assume he is the best is the fact that he has Totsuka Blade and Yata Mirror. That still doesn't make him invincible; Itachi's stamina is NOT as high as you presume. It's very low and he can only maintain Susano'o for a limited period of time. Not to mention he was also sick.
Yes if Oro does get hit with TB he is sealed away but, he has Triple Rashōmon and that can help him out greatly with Susano'o. The only reason he was sealed the first time is because he wasn't aware of Itachi having it in his possession.
Now onto Amaterasu; he can not use this a lot in battle and as seen in his fight against Sasuke who used Oro substitution jutsu he can "evade" it. Oro can use the SJ many amount of times because of him having access to Harashima's DNA and his high chakra levels. There for it has 0 affect on him.
Now the Tsukuyomi; chances are he most likely has a way to dodge it. The best he can do is not look into Itachi's eyes. I don't see him having a problem with looking into his eyes because he can extend/stretch his body. He is already capable of releasing himself from Itachi's genjustu; Itachi had to cut off his hand so, he couldn't release him from it.
The finally Ninjutsu/Taijustsu; Oro has Earth, Wind, Water and KG Wood Release. Itachi has Water and Fire release. I think this is self explanatory on how Oro has the most obvious win on this.
Water = Water / Water > Wind / Fire < Water
